Rollins, Inc. (NYSE: ROL), a global consumer and commercial services company, announced the acquisition of Romex Pest Control. Founded in 2016, Romex is a “top 40” pest management company with over 200 employees providing residential and commercial services across four states. Romex continues to operate independently under its existing leadership—same local management, same staff, same culture, same service standards. Rollins acquires brands and lets them run with their established operations. For Romex customers, nothing changes about how the company is managed and operated day to day.
