He took the time to explain everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about doing a great job and taking care of their customers. We definitely appreciate Tylor and would recommend him!

The technician did a thorough job. Actually went above and beyond. Took his time spraying the lawn and other applications, installed a mouse box behind my AC, put out glue boxes in the garage. Very conscientious and friendly. This morning when I went outside I found a lot of dead bugs among them black widows. Thanks! Great job.

Always polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Michael is a five star employee. Very thorough and quick to take care of my issues. With that said ROMEX as a company goes down to four stars in my book at this point because it took two weeks to get somebody out to retreat for ants in my house, not acceptable! I will give them another chance since I have been with them for several years and this is the first time I’ve had a problem.
